Quotations are based on requests. Each item is quoted individually and is order-dependent.
It depends on the size and complexity of the design, as well as the amount of embroidery work.
You would need an appointment for the following:
If you would like to discuss your design with our digitizing/design team face-to-face.
When you want to drop off the material that you would like to get embroidered.
When you come to collect your finished product.
If you have any questions/inquiries you would like to discuss with our teams face-to-face.
We gladly accept cash, EFT, and most chipped credit and debit cards. Payments can be made in advance or when collecting your products.
No. All finished products must be collected from our office as per appointment bases.
We are OPEN 7-days a week!

No. The digitizing service is a separate service. We refer you to our "Services" page for an in-depth explanation. (When using our embroidery service digitizing of the design is already included.)
